Protecting OUR Clients from COVID-19

We know COVID-19 has turned the world upside down and has interrupted your normal schedule of care for your loved ones. If you are in need of adult day care for loved one, Home Helpers® Home Care can provide immediate care. We have the training and skills necessary to care for your loved ones right in their own home for as long as you need. Keeping seniors at home is one of the best ways to prevent the transmission of the virus.

We offer the following services:

  • Personal Care and Companionship
  • Grocery Shopping and Errand Running
  • Picking Up Medication from the Pharmacy
  • Nutrition, Meal Planning, and Prep
  • And More

Give us a call at or fill out our form to schedule an in-home assessment. Ask if your local office can provide virtual assessment, further limiting the exposure of the virus to your loved one.

How Our Caregivers Keep our Clients Safe
During The COVID-19 Outbreak

  • Caregivers are thoroughly trained in symptoms, prevention and procedures of COVID-19.
  • Caregivers exercise frequent handwashing with soap and warm water as directed by the CDC.
  • Caregivers are avoiding crowds and maintaining strict social distancing even when off duty.
  • Caregivers wipe down all frequently touched surfaces such as doorknobs and remotes upon entry.
  • Caregivers report any COVID-19 symptoms exhibited by themselves or their clients immediately to their office.

Steps To Care

  1. Initial Call – Once we’ve received your information, we will have a short 5-10 minute call to answer any pressing concerns and set up a time to meet in person.
  2. In-home Care Assessment – Here we will answer all your questions, and ask some of our own to craft a care plan custom to your unique needs. Ask your local office if they offer a virtual assessment.
  3. Start of Care – We will come with our Caregiver on the first day of care to go through the care plan together and help with introductions.
  4. Check-ins & Pop-Ins – Once we have begun care, we will pop in at times our Caregiver is there to see how thing are going and determine if we need to adjust the care plan.
